Depending on the agreement with the client, we conduct interviews, either individually or in groups; psychological evaluations (assessment center); check work references; preventive medical check-ups (outsourced).

Our main quality is the confidentiality and protection of information.
We guarantee an ongoing working relationship of at least 3 months for any newly-hired person. In case you are unhappy with the candidate’s performance during this phase, we provide a new personnel selection free of charge.
We require exclusivity during the hiring to provide an optimal service.
We suggest that candidates recommended by the client take the same interviews and evaluations together with the candidates selected by our office and compete throughout the different stages.
